Start Installing ADB
Download the desired package of drivers according to your phone.
Connect your phone to the computer via USB cable and it will ask for Using Windows option.
If using Ice Cream Sandwich or any other version later than ICS, then go to settings of your phone. From there, look for the option of Application> Developer Option and make sure that USB Debugging mode is on.
This will activate the internal USB support from the device.
Open the drive in which you have that downloaded SDK file. Open it and look for SDK manager.

After this, open the SDK folder and open the windows file explorer. Here, enter the command of SDK platform tool and serial number will pump up. This is the serial number of your Android device.
